I groom small to medium-sized breeds. I am an experienced City and Guilds qualified dog groomer. I have much patience and treat your dogs in my salon as if they were my own, with kindness, care, patience, and attention to detail. I provide an exclusive one-on-one service so you can rest assured that only your dogs will be in the salon anytime.   Your dog's trim will be per your specific requirements and your dog's needs. A free health check is provided for each dog, and elderly dogs benefit from my experience and expert judgement on how their groom should be handled, especially when they are becoming more frail.  Grooming prices vary, depending on breed, size of dog, coat condition and behaviour.  Please call to discuss your dog and get an accurate quote.

First-time I had doggy mum and the first time my wee 6-month-old puppy had been to a groomer. I heard about Jacquie through word of mouth, so I thought I would give k9 friends ago. I was more nervous than my puppy buddy..but Jacquie explained what she would do clearly and put my mind at rest. When I picked buddy up.. wow! What a transformation .. didn't think my wee buddy could look any more handsome; I'm in awe. I would not hesitate to recommend k9 friends and jacquie is such a lovely lovely lady infact buddy didn't want to come home haha..which can only be a good sign given he is a nightmare for me to bath. Looking forward to his next pamper session.

I took my dog for homeboarding at K9 Friends for the first time. Jacqui was amazing with Ruby, very professional. She has a fantastic insight into dogs behaviour and explained how she had supported Ruby's needs on her overnight stay. Beautiful large garden for the dogs to wander around with access to the woods for walks. Couldnt be better. Next day Ruby went back for a grooming experience. She gladly got out the car and toddled into Jacqui's. That told me she was very happy and content to do so. That's saying something for a shih tzu as she can be stubborn on occasion. The cut she received was impeccable. Jacqui gave me professional advice on Ruby's breed giving various options for cutting that particular breed. We take our Pomeranian Harvey to Jacqui every month and wouldn’t go anywhere else, he absolutely loves her and she is great with him, he always comes home squeaky clean and smelling lovely. Definitely a 5 star service and would recommend to anyone.

My " best friend", Eddie has been getting his short back and sides at K9 Friends, for the last few years. Jacqui, is great with him, she has a great way with dogs and he comes away looking smart. He also house boards there, he loves it. He has the run of a massive garden and is walked everyday with his pals. I would recommend K9 Friends for dog walking, boarding and grooming. So would Eddie.
